Th12 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for All Malaysia Platform Users

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the user) and th12.my (hereinafter referred to as "th12" or the "platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by th12, you are legally agreeing to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Th12 reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version. Your continued use of the th12 platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Use of the th12 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the duration of use.
• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident who is not located in any region that explicitly prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on the self-exclusion register of any applicable responsible gambling programme.

Th12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time to verify a user's age and identity. If a user is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be voided, and funds in the account may not be refunded.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of th12 services, you will need to register a valid account. By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, true, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Register only one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action.
• Keeping your password and account login details confidential. th12 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.
• Notify th12 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Th12 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on th12 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The deposit methods accepted by th12 are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX via online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other listed local banks)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. th12 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. th12 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times range from 24 to 72 business hours, depending on the amount and withdrawal method selected. th12 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.

5Game Rules & Betting

All games available on th12 – including video slots, Live Casino, fishing games, and table games – are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found within each game's interface. The following general rules apply across all games:

• Game outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). th12 cannot influence or predict the result of any round.
• Any technical failure during gameplay that renders a result invalid will result in the affected wager being voided and the stake returned to the player.
• Winnings resulting from a software bug or technical error are invalid and will not be paid out. th12 reserves the right to correct any processing errors.
• Bets placed with fraudulent or deceptive intent will be voided in full.

The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is set by the respective game developer and can be found in the game's information section. th12 does not modify any developer RTP settings.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Th12 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free credits, free spins, and loyalty programmes. All promotional offers are subject to the terms and rollover requirements stated on the respective promotions page. Some general rules that apply:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses must have their wagering requirements (rollover) fulfilled before any related withdrawals are permitted.
• Th12 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings obtained through fraudulent means, bug exploitation, or breach of promotional terms.
• Bonus value cannot be directly converted to cash — it may only be used for gameplay on the th12 platform.
• Th12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Th12 users are required to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited at th12:

• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to play or manage an account.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or game glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the th12 platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Abusing promotions by opening multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses.
• Any form of threats, abusive language, or disrespectful behaviour directed at th12 staff or other users.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8Privacy & Data Security

Th12 takes user privacy seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy our separate. In summary:

• We collect personal information strictly for the purposes of registration, identity verification, and transaction processing.
• Your data is protected with SSL encryption technology and stored on secure servers.
• Th12 will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• We may share necessary information with regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies when required to do so under Malaysian law.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Th12 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons (but not limited to):

• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure).

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the th12 support team. Any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled rollover requirements) will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit.

10Limitation of Liability

Th12 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, th12 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred during gameplay, including unrealised winnings or betting losses.
• Service disruptions, system downtime, or technical errors beyond th12's control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Financial decisions made by users based on information obtained from the th12 platform.

In all circumstances, th12's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Amendments to Terms

Th12 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. th12 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes to users via their registered email or in-platform notifications, though this does not constitute an absolute obligation.

Your continued use of the th12 platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the th12 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
